SHUTTLES

Any line, anytime shuttles

The easiest way to get to and from Desert Trip each day!

Save yourself time and effort by hopping aboard and let us drop you off and pick you up from Desert Trip.

 Our Any Line, Anytime shuttle passes let you come and go from over 20 stops throughout the Coachella Valley.

• Passes must be purchased in advance.
• All shuttles are ADA accessible.
• Look for a shuttle coordinator at each pick-up site.
• Shuttles run continuously to and from the concert.
  • Inbound shuttles run daily to Desert Trip from 1:30p to 10:00p
  • Outbound shuttles depart Desert Trip until 60 minutes after the music ends.

LAX Airport Shuttles

Shuttle transportation is available between LAX and the Desert Trip campground, with additional stops that include the Renaissance Palm Springs, the JW Marriott in Palm Desert, the La Quinta Resort and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

PARKING

If shuttles or ridesharing services are not a possibility for you and your party, you may drive to Desert Trip. (Please carpool if possible). Follow all posted parking signs and obey all instructions from parking personnel. Give yourself added time to drive into the lots and plan for a moderate walk from parking to the event.

Be sure to write down where you parked on a piece of paper (your phone could die). Pay attention to the color path (Red, Green, Blue or Yellow) you travel from parking to the concert.

Free Day Parking

Free day parking is available each concert day (Fri-Sun). All vehicle occupants must be wearing their Desert Trip wristband to enter Day Parking. Absolutely no tailgating is allowed. There is no overnight parking allowed. Your vehicle will be towed.

• Day Parking opens daily at 12:00p.
• Day Parking closes nightly at 1:00a.

VIP Parking

VIP Parking is sold separately and is good for the entire weekend. All vehicle occupants must be wearing their Desert Trip wristband to enter VIP Parking. No overnight parking or camping is allowed. No vehicle ins/outs.

$150 + fees

Camping Companion Parking

Companion parking allows all on-site campers to park one additional vehicle overnight (in addition to the primary vehicle already in the car camping or RV sections). This is the only overnight parking allowed at Desert Trip.

• Limit one per order.
• Good for the entire weekend.
• No camping in this lot.
• Vehicles may not enter or exit between 9:00p and 1:00a on show days.
• Times are subject to change.

ADA Parking

A separate ADA parking lot will be available for patrons with valid handicap placards, plates and/or permits, as well as the applicable proof that it belongs to them. All patrons inside of the vehicle must be wearing their show wristbands. Please view our ADA page for more information.

Please note that it is against the law to park in an accessible parking space without the required ADA credentials or to fraudulently use someone else’s in order to gain access to ADA parking spots.

Motorcycle Parking

Motorcycle parking will be located in the southeast corner of the ADA lot. Go southbound on Madison, turn left on Polo Road and go through the southwest gate in Lot 10A. Go around the bridle path and into ADA parking (Lot 8).

No overnight parking.

Motorcycles are not allowed in ADA-specific vehicle parking (widened spaces meant for lift-equipped vans).

DIRECTIONS

RIDESHARE/UBER/TAXI

Rideshare/Uber/Taxi DROP-OFF/PICK-UP

DROP OFFS:

Before 8:00p: All drop-offs will occur at the Uber/Taxi/Hotel Shuttles Lot (2B) at Desert Trip. From there, follow the Yellow Path to enter the venue.

After 8:00p: All drop-offs will occur at the Riverside County Fairgrounds (HWY 111 between Monroe and Jackson). From there, our staff will send you on a shuttle (approx. 10 mins.) to Desert Trip. Follow the Yellow Path to enter the venue.

PICK UPS:

Before 8:00p: Pickups will occur at the Uber/Taxi/Hotel Shuttles Lot (2B). Follow the Yellow Path from the venue exit to the lot where you can order your ride.

After 8:00p: Take the Yellow Path to the Uber/Taxi/Hotel Shuttles Lot (2B). Take the shuttle to the Riverside County Fairgrounds where staff can assist you in ordering Uber or Taxi.

PLEASE NOTE:

Uber cannot be reserved from inside Desert Trip. You MUST go to the Riverside County Fairgrounds.

You must have your own smartphone and Uber account to order an Uber. Staff will assist, but we can't order it for you.

Desert Trip attendees getting dropped off and picked up by friends and family should meet them by the camping toll booth at the entrance to Lot #13 (See the Map).

Black Car/Limo Pass

$599

Thank you for your interest in the Black Car/Limo Pass. Fill out the following form to request a pass. Please note, that filling out this form will not guarantee you will receive a Black Car/Limo Pass. You must have a valid TCP Number in order to qualify for Black Car/Limo Pass purchase.

Once you fill out the form below, our team will run your TCP Number. If your TCP Number is valid and Black Car/Limo Passes are still available, you will be emailed a one time use only purchase link. If your TCP Number is not valid or demand for Black Car/Limo Passes is too high, you will not receive a link. You may not receive an email of denial due to high demand and inability to provide individual responses.
